All items in the Ørsted Americas merch shop are made-to-order (MTO). Once you make a request and approve your order, payment is required to begin production. Approximate production and shipping timelines are listed in each product description. 

Rush deliveries can be requested. Please note this will incur additional charges. 

Orders are submitted as quote requests rather than being purchased directly. 

To get started, select your items and submit your request through the store. Once you review, approve, and pay, your order will move into production. 

Payment is collected after your order is approved and before production begins: 

• Company-funded orders can only be made via MazePay. Your corporate credit card should not be used per Orsted expense policy. 
• Personal credit cards can be used only for personal orders.

With made-to-order shops, the price structure will vary depending on order quantity. The more you order, the lower the cost.

Often, colleagues are making similar order requests. Consider asking around and placing a larger order for lower costs and/or to fulfill minimum order quantities for items. The shop administrator can support shipping to more than one location. Reach out to orsted@fairware.com for more information.

Yes. All orders are trackable, and a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

If you don’t see the item or design you need, you can submit a custom order request via the order form. Our Branding & Marketing team will provide a quote and confirm timelines. 

Typical custom order timelines: 

• Sourcing & design: 2–3 weeks  
• Production & shipping: 4–5 weeks 

Yes. You can swap the standard Ørsted logo for a project-specific logo on eligible products.
